You mean you've heard that the UC's all talk amongst themselves and they pick one to offer an admittance to a student?

Haha, no, that's not true. It'd take too much work and they just don't have the time, considering the thousands of kids who apply.

I've personally been accepted to multiple UCs. Each individual UC takes a look at you and decides whether or not to offer you admittance, regardless of what the other UCs do. That's why, when you apply, they tell you to pick backups. You choose some reach schools, some that you'll likely get into, and some that you are positive you'll get into. Then, you wait and choose among the (hopefully) many admits and pick from those. Since there are so many UCs, you can do all that just picking among the UCs. That's what I did. Just checked a bunch of boxes. One application.

I don't believe that's true, no. I believe that you can't attend more than one, but you can apply and get accepted, and then choose where to go. The only thing you'll lose is your application fee :o)

No, I don't think so. You can get accepted into multiple universities, you just can't attend more than one university at a time.
