This is the most craziest thing I've ever heard. How are you going to allow your child to leave your side and let grandma take over? Who said they don't teach spanish in grade school? Something doesn't sound right with this picture. What is the problem with your husband teaching the child Spanish? You guys are really mixed up.... The solution is a simple one... You speak english in front of the child and your husband can teach the child spanish. I grew up in a bilingual household and now I'm proud to say that I know both languages very well. It didn't screw me up because I learned both languages without a problem. Your child will get the education they need at school and the father can teach the child some words also. No need to seperate your child from you just so it can learn a 2nd language.

No, your baby will be half English and 1/2 Spanish and that's all. It'd be the same if you were married to an American or an Argentine.

your phenotype is european...canadian same thing mine is latin meaning i a mpart "indian" and part european.
