There was a fascinating movie some years ago with Meryl Streep about a couple with a child with serious seizures (actually made worse by the doctors)..they healed the child with the Ketogenic diet..at the end of the movie all these people acting in the movie reveal they were actually cured with this diet for example.."I am Bill smith and I had epilepsy for 15 years and never had a seizure again after staying on the ketogenic diet" and so forth. definitely worth a try. I believe there is a website to..the title first do no harm.

Here is the movie on amazon.

Besides the obvious AVOID what ever is causing them.
If you haven't been able to figure out what that is start with one thing at a time, but in your quest realize that seizures effect the muscles. So I will tell you about a book on muscles that has a 75% success rate in getting rid of referred pain. The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies

There are no natural treatments. Some kinds of diets can be supportive but only for seizures in children. What you can do is basic prevention: Enough sleep, no alcohol, no melantonine.
If you have ongoing seizures: Not treating them medically is VERY risky. You can develop a status epilepticus, a life-threatening condition.

This is a condition that requires medical attention and medication/surgery. Do not withhold medical care.

HOWEVER, some people with epilepsy unresponsive to medication are helped with a GLUTEN FREE diet. Some people with seizure disorders are found to have antibodies to gluten and/or silent Celiac Disease. Contrary to popular belief, this can occur at any age.

Seizures are nothing to play around with.
I have heard fresh ginger is helpful in controlling them. I am a vet assistant and have tried it myself on epileptic animals. It seems to work well.

you have to examine the cause of it. sometimes its the diet tht triggers. so check it out yourself which is the cheapest way by eliminating certain foods, keeping notes on reactions after eating certain food,
or get a doctor's help. maybe some traditional medicine [not voodooo doctors] may help
