I can see Brett becoming a college or even high school coach. He loves the game too much to just leave it. However, I don't see him staying in the NFL. There is no way he would ever be an NFL coach unless he could get something on the Packers staff, and im not sure that would happen. Remember he does have a lifetime contract with the Pack. As far as when he retires, if i had to guess I would say hes got 1 or 2 more good years in him. As far as whether or not he retires, it depends on what management decides to do with his O-line and reciever core. Even the best quarterback in the history of the league can't score well with a mediocre team..... just my 2 cents
peace

I think he will just enjoy joy being retired,, at least for a little while..., spend time with friends and family, fish and hunt and such, I can see him have a future in coaching, and I think he will retire this year
