i m woking in share terminal now,before i taught in a school, the r calling me back,in this job the salary is good but the environment is not good and the boss is abusive,the school 's salary is low related to this one. which job should i choose.i m married and live with my inlaws. thanks all for your concern.

I do-not know much about the IT industry but If your boss is abusive and environment is not good, you will have to take a call and change the situation.
Working in a school at a lower salary might be beneficial as you will have more time to look after your children(If you have any) or in the future when you have.
Abusive Boss and Poor working environment are a no-no. Do a reality check and decide if you can take a pay-cut or else look for another job which pays you as well but the working environment is better.

You should go back to your teaching job. Even if the salary in school is less, you will be maintaining your self respect and dignity. The attractive salary which you are getting from an abusive boss will be momentum only, i.e.if that boss is getting a girl who is more attractive than you, you will land in trouble. Better grab the opportunity which the school is offering you eventhough you have left them for your better earnings. The recall from the school shows that they are satisfied with you. For your married life also, the teaching job is best for you because you can have all the leave and vacation and better devote time for your family and inlaws that will pay in future.That satisfaction will be the best remuneration for any wife/daughterinlaw.

If I were you, I'd go with the comfortable environment. I just left a job with an emotionally abusive boss. It was worth a cut in pay to get out of there. I'm very happy with a new job now.

If you like the job, you should continue working. If the poor environment is because of the abusive boss, he should be made to see right and in a clear manner. Let us put it in another way - you are already thinking about changing your job, so why not try this out first.

well arpita.to be very frank you r married.so the best person to answer this is your husband.we all can only answer u vaguely because we dont know what sort of nature you have so i think he must be the right choice to answer.
but if i have to tell then i think you shouldn't worry much of things if they r not that big.you are worried because your boss is not good.tommorow if u join teaching job and there also u find some of your senior abusive,then what would u do?would u leave that job also.i tell you one thing.in india specially its not easy for females to work.if they really want to work and excel in their life then they should be brave and courageous and shouldnt worry much from small issues......but if you think that the situation is going out of your control then i would suggest you to quit the job and join somewhere you can work with mental peace

it all depends on your choice and needs but the teaching job is far respectable then share terminal job,if you have communication skills why dont you try a job in a multinational bank or a financial institutation like ge,hdfc,citi bank a lot of scope with good salary if you try i think you will defenately get a good job as you are using computers and the basic required is knowlege of computers

u shud wrk in an environment where u r free and happy becoz ur future is the most
everyhting depends on u ....salry is nnot a big deal in a few yrs u may get more than what u got now....but if in any case u wrk here and sumthing happens to u what if they say thats no concern to us ...u have to wrk in a plcae where ur comforatble and loved so u can luv othas as well!!!!

u need a peaceful atmosphere to work .don't bother about the salary if u really donot deserve it.else try for someother job.don't continue in the embarassing atmosphere.
