I've been taking No-Explode for 2 days and its giving some acne and I think its because of the Vitamin B9 and 12 which I read on the internet that it makes your face break out. My question is there a solution to this or is there any other supplements thats similar to No-Explode but doesnt make your break out?

dude, be a freakin man, do not take supplements like that. take vitamans at the most.. vitimans. not supplements. guess what, you will live longer if you dont take them.

better yet. skip the vitimens. just eat a balance diet, you will live longer then too.

dont focus all on upper body, work your leggs just as much, trust me. youll thank me if you do.

I have been taking no-xplode on and off for at least a year and never got any increased acne. Are you taking anything else? Also, how old are you? I know some people get increased acne from caffeine, which this supplement has a lot of. But after two days of taking this and seeing acne already, not sure if it's from this supplement. When taking it, just make sure to get enough water in your system and maybe not take as much as your taking, maybe just one scoop before your workout. I don't think your problem is on here, but you can take a look at www.noexplodereviews.com.

Other supplements for the pump I would recommend are Size-On by Gaspari (you can get it at bestpricenutrition.com pretty cheap) or no shotgun by VPX.

It's a great supplement for a pump, but really nothing else. If your looking to get bigger, just stick to creatine and a good protein supplements...oh yeah...and eat...alot!

No-Xplode contains many different ingredients some are effective for muscle building and some are responsible for an increase in energy - useful for mental focus in the gym.

You can not be sure which ingredient is causing the problem. When taking supplements for the first time it would be best to try single ingredient supplements (the same as in No-Xplode) - such as basic creatine and/or nitric oxide to asses any intolerances and then you know for sure which ingredient is causing the problem. Plain Creatine and Nitric Oxide is cheap as well. Good Luck with the Training.

I've never heard of No-Explode, but if you're taking something that is having an adverse affect ... STOP. Just lifting weights and being healthy will give you the body you want. Work out hard. Challenge yourself. Always do one more than you think you can ... then do one more. That will build the muscle naturally. Change up your routine, but always spend your time focused. I used to work out with a trainer who taught me, "Back and bi(cepts), chest and tri(cepts), legs and shoulders, do abs every day." I'm not sure I agree on the daily abs, but ... I hate crunches, so I'm biased.

I would recommend switching to a different supplement..... try creatine and protein...sometimes from the creatine supplement i'll break out with a lil acne on my back and upper arm but nothing bad it usually clears up easily
