How do I enable JavaScript??

How do I enable JavaScript on Yahoo(SBC Global). I tried and it isn't doing it. What am I doing wrong?? Please help me, give me details how to do it, please!!!

In the IE, goto Toold->Options->Secutity. Select the Internet Icon. Click on Custom Level. At the end of the list, you will find Scripting. There select the Enable for all the three options.

Done.
