I would suggest going for the all liquid diet because you can get good calcium, protein and fiber from a liquid diet.

Also when doing an all liquid diet you can be eating fruits& veggies, and still be burning fat!

From an all fruit diet you will Not be getting any protein, and protein is important while losing weight because you do not want to lose muscle, you want to lose *fat*.

Go to the store and buy yourself some:
1)Skim Milk (there is also Skim Milk that tastes like 2% milk (try it, it tastes good, but has ZERO fat in it)
2)Tomato Juice
3)V8 Vegetable Juice
4)Low calorie Grapefruit Juice
5)Low Calorie Orange juice
6)Low Calorie Cranberry Juice
7)Green Tea
8)ANY other low calorie juices that you fancy
9)Slim Fast
10)Grapefuits
11) Kiwis
12)Frozen Blueberries (eat them while they are still frozen)
13) Bananas
14)Baby Carrots
15)Celery
16)Fresh Broccoli


The Skim Milk and Slim Fastwill provide you with a good source of calcium and protein.
The other juices will provide you with a good source of vitamins and fiber.
The Green Tea will provide you with antioxidants to rid your body of toxins.
Remember to drink a half gallon-one gallon of water per day. To keep well hydrated.

~ have 1-2 Slim Fasts per day
~ have 3-4 glasses of skim milk per day
~ have as many glasses of low calorie fruit and veggie juice as you desire
~have as many cups of green tea as you desire
~ have as many glasses of water as you desire
~have two kiwis a day
~ have a grapefruit a day
~have a banana a day
~have a cup of frozen blueberries a day
~ have baby carrots, cut up celery, and cut up broccoli as you desire
~Do 30 minutes of exercise per day

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

All liquid diet would lsoe weight faster but it is risky...If you only drink liquids there is 79% you will get brain damage after atleast 3 days.....

Fruit. Your body will get more nutrients. Still drink liquids though.

Nope, low calories or low carbohydrates. Chocolate milk shakes are liquid, and you will gain weight.
