I'm facing a problem I've an account with IRCTC shubh Yatra unfortunately or by mistake I delited my ID and forgot password and I don't know how to retrive it kindly help www.irctc.co.in it asks for id and password and I'm not able to provide it the tragedy is if I sign up again I've to pay further 500/- amount again and several times I have used the service of IRCTC and I cant find any buttom to retrive the information
I'd really appriciate if you could guide me on this issue

if u remember u r id u can in forgot password user your user id and answer the question that u have been filled up when u have created ur id.

Have you tried the obvious? Call the customer service?
They are very good and helpful.
