Say me:

Go in Desert of Nevada, select one plot of land and declare: "now, this is my property" and record it with State of Nevada

For the law, this is possible, impossible, legal, illegal, what?

Thank you

Not possible. What isn't owned by a person is owned by the government (state or national park, preserve, Indian Reservation, etc).

<>In the old days- back when the west was first being settled- that's how people "staked a claim" and settled on land. I'm not so sure you can still do that in NV, but you could certainly call the NV Attorney General and ask her:
Office of the Attorney General
Nevada Department of Justice
Carson City Office
100 North Carson Street
Carson City, Nevada 89701-4717
(775) 684-1100
Fax - (775) 684-1108

First check and make sure its not owned by privet or government entities!
Next check with the "bureau of land management" or a land title office at a state building about "homestead"... how and where!

You can't unless that property is owned/registered on your name.
