Yes, it is genuine. You can find a lot of information on AGLOCO here: http://homebusinesstoday.blogspot.com/search/label/AGLOCO
Sunil, they do have their own domain and servers. That page on googlepages is just a page that someone set up on their own. It's not AGLOCO's site. Their actual website is agloco.com.

100% Spam. Hey Friend you are pointing to a webpage that is being linked by a subdomain and hosted on free server googlepages. How do you expect them to pay money back.
They dont have their own domain name which is only 10$ a year or so. They dont have their own webserver which you can get for 25-30$ a year.
If you ask me its 100% spam.
