Thunder claps...The tread of steel on concrete echoes through a dark corridor as a man in a black cloak approaches a door clad in iron wrought chains..Suddenly, the chains release and a horrible screeching can be heard emitting from the rust covered hinges of the entry way,... And in the room he enters, is a horrid waste land, filled with fiery mountains and buildings... Yet there is no sun, the sky is eclipsed by a never ending stretch of ceiling, and from the ceiling are live people, hanging by hooks in their hands and mouths, screaming in pain... a dream...what does it mean?

well you are good writer.
i would suggest without placing any emphatic personal meaning on it for you ... that it is simply your own imagination in dream creating from images and experiences which you are or have been assimilating recently.
it has an existentialist feeling to it that is for sure....surreal yet.
i would recommend that you watch less of those creepy movies which you may be watching and get out and visit a lake with real wild-life and other living forms.
the city can be drastic when complicated by the weird imageries of fear and dense forms.
you are a very creative person.....let some air into your world.
