This depends on what programs you have installed. There are so many from Word, PowerPoint, Paint, Print Shop Deluxe..etc...
Also it depends on what type of programs you are familiar with. I am a shortcut person, have always been even before they added the right clicking mouse feature to SAVE PICTURES.
If you know how to use any of these programs or others, that helps. If not, then you will have to be more specific.
For EXAMPLE...using word, new blank document for instance. Then you go to your toolbar and "CLICK INSERT" scroll down the list of functions you would like to perform.
I personally use PowerPoint. When I am finished If I wanted to say add it to a MYSPACE or whatever site, you would have to change the SAVE AS.
It just depends.

photoshop or Paintshop programs let you add layers on pictures and cut and paste other graphics onto the picture. Find a tutorial on photoshop layers.
