Uploading pics to the internet, I always get an Error message???

I cant upload any pics on the internet. I dunno if its my internet speed or what. I have dial-up going at a whoopin' pace of 44kbps. Yahoo, photobucket, myspace or Ebay... it will NOT work nowhere. Ive changed the size of pics and nothing. It always says it timed out. Im clueless.... Please Anything will help. Thanx.

It's your internet speed. You need to copy the files to a data stick and do it on a computer with high speed internet.
