such as antisocial disorder, borderline, dependent, histrionic, narcissistic, paranoid, schizoid, schizotypal, etc...Some types of socities are free of disorders because of their culture...so what kind of society would produce the most?

Probably Asian and Middle-eastern cultures. The women are suppressed and told how they should think and act. That alone will cause severe personality disorders. After they marry it is worse. They are usually abused physically and emotionally by there husbands. If that does not bring out some personality disorders, I don't know what will.

I think our society and culture. Mostly because in this country there are so many opinions on the same thing that it can drive a person crazy.
Also our society has a good mix of educated individuals and ignorant individuals, which means that there are unyeilding ideas, morals, and political thoughts on both sides. Hearing both could again, rip someone apart mentally.
If I had to picka culture that would be rife with personality disorders I'd have to choose... the Germans. They hold a lot of things in, and have a very structured life. It hink they're kind of on the opposite end of the spectrum from Americans. We are super un structured, and they are very structured.
Anyway around it, we're crazy.
