Not only controlling Bush, but I would argue the Illuminati are pretty much dictating the progression of globalization, the new world order, throughout the entire world.

No, he is part of a rogue group beholding to the Bilderbergers, the Bohemian Grove, and Skull & Bones. The Illuminati keep a close eye on them and are not at all in sympathy with their agenda.
