Does stomata mean more or less rain?

If there is more stomata on the leaves will there be more or less rainfall?

Please help??

This isn't my area of expertise at all, but it sounded like one website I found said stomata increase in high humidity, and at night. So with high humidity, say in a rain forest, you would think there will be more rainfall.
