my 360 is torn up and my warrinty just ran out like 10-15 day ago do u think they will fix it?

i would rather send it to gamestop because i have heard all the crap ms does to it but i just hope gamestop will take it.

Doesn't hurt to try. If you don't ask, then they won't fix it. If you ask, the worst is that they won't fix it, but there's a chance that they'll fix it.

How exactly do you tear up a 360? Isn't it made with pretty tough materials?

Just so that you are aware, microsoft did extend the warranty to a full year, retroactive for all purchases. You could still be covered, unless you knew about the extension already.

if you send it back to microsoft then it will cost you about $70 to get your 360 fixed, if your warrenty is no more.

They'll fix it alright but it's doubtful that they'll take that warrenty off you. They're very strict about those kind of things.
