How about the moon? It would cause a catastrophic domino effect. Changing the tides, oceanic currents, barometric pressure and climate of the whole earth.

Your book needs a central character (the protagonist); something or somebody opposing (the antagonist); a geographical, and social, setting. You should write down the characters of these components - how they look, act, think - and what the conflict is. At the end of the book, the conflict must be resolved, or at rest. Its resolution will entail a change in one or more of the components (antagonist, protagonist, etc). Work out the resolution you want to end with, and various steps that will shift the actors etc to that resolution through their actions (the plot). Dont get too focussed on explosions! Just say "What if?" - and if you have observed people at all, and thought about your characters, you should find the writing begin. The writing itself may change your plot etc, but go with it. Good luck. One has to write a great deal, and read a lot of books, to learn the craft, and I warn you it is the hardest work I know - but wonderfully rewarding, whether you make money out of it or not (and most writers don't).

You can blow up a lot of things. Soda Cans, Hot Dog Buns, Bimmers, Grills, Lakes, or even Hot Dogs.

It's 43344 as in the year 43344?
If you can get that creative with the year, then you should be able to think of something creative.
Don't write anything forced because it won't sound good.
Just let your ideas come to you then write about them.

What is 43344?

If you're serious about writing, may I suggest brushing up on grammar, punctuation and spelling?
