and does the level of importance of the appointment have any bearing on your normal average arrival time ?

At least 10 to 15 minutes early. That's how we were raised. You were never, ever, late for an appointment.

I'm usually on time unless someone else takes me there. It does depend on the importance of the appointment that will change how early or late I go!:-)

I am NEVER late for any kind of appointment - It is a reaction from my childhood. I am always bang on time or at least ten mins early

I'm always on time or a little early. I think it would be rude to do otherwise and all appointments are important to me.

Yes it sure does..like if its a docs apt i will get there right on time cause they are always running late...an interview I show up early...for class...I usually show up a few mins late...depeing what it is makes a huge difference

Usually a little early, i hate being late for anything, even if it's not particularly important.
