Get this fixed for the following reasons:
1. Power steering fluid is more flammible then most would like to acknowledge. Get that on a HOT exhaust manifold and you might just burn you car up.
2. Power steering fluid causes rubber (hoses, covers etc..) to become brittle and fail. More repairs
3. Without Power steering (total fluid loss) that MB will be harder to turn then you might like while negotiating a corner
4. Money, how cheap is fluid
5. Environmental concerns.
