what is the procedure to ban a website.

The owner of the website has a control panel by which he can change the content,add and remove pages and can check the statistics of the website.He can stop the functioning of the website for temporary basis or permanently.

The owner should be having the rights. Check out the website 'Disclaimer', 'Terms of Services', and 'Service Availability Guidelines'. If you have purchased the service, check out the buyer agreement, if any.

yes....owner of website can suddenly stop the website...
turn off the server
or else.....stop further fullfilling of requests.

I am guessing that would be to redirect the url or domain name or to delete the content... or turn off the server..
Or, not pay for the hosting?
