Google - Learn Vietnamese Language - I just did, there are lots of them. Some are for travel uses, or some for business and some are for official (government) use.

there are plenty but they will ask you for payment. I suggest you go to the bookstore and demand for a Berlitz language phrase book. they had a wide array of langauges to choose from. I'm learning french through this kind. bonnèe courage

I think you can search for some viatnami resident who wants to learn English. Then you teach each other.
