I have known I liked him for a while now but today he made a move. I went out of the room for a few mins to use the restroom and i came back and he said "My love, where did you go? I missed you!" and then he gave me a big hug. (we have never hugged before) I really like him and i want to be with him but i dont want to ruin our relationship...what should i do?

Let nature take it's course! God, your best friends so you obviously trust him, care deeply for him and share thoughts and feelings with him what's better than that to build an intimate relationship on. I have a friend that married her best friend and they are the happiest couple that I know. I've been married for 15 years and sometimes I wish that I married my best friend.

I went out with my best friend for 2 years. It didn't work out, but half a year later we were talking again like nothing ever happened. Give it a shot because you'll always wonder what would of happened IF?
At first I didn't want to go out with her, because if we broke up then I didn't want to lose her friendship. She was a great girlfriend & exactly what I had pictured our relationship would be like.

Like the other person said, go with the flow for now and don't push it. Realize this could be a good thing....a 'relationship' should be based in friendship.
