As mentioned by other posters, throwing at, near or over 100mph doesn´t mean you are a pitcher.
You need to prove that you can do it consistently, in game situations, and more importantly actually control the ball.
If as you say you have good control and velocity and it is a regular thing. Then you need to GO get noticed. Start by finding the following --
scouts
Agents
Local minor league coaches or owners
Any open Try outs.
If you can get on a minor league team of any type, and throwing that fire, you will be in the Major leagues in a month.

There are many ways, for one, if your 20 throwing a 100 you must have never played baseball becuase one throw witnessed by any coach and you would have been visited by every major league team scouts that week! So, you must have seen your speed throwing to a radar gun at an amusement park game or bought a baseball with a radar inbedded, either way your speed my not be accurate but still fast enough for people to take notice. Your location is important in which first step you take. If you live near areas with minor league or independent league teams, beginning every season they have sceduled tryouts. Major leagues teams have spring training location tryouts or if you do go to college contact the coach, since you mentioned scout in your question, you may have no interest in college baseball but that coach has interacted with scouts coming by their school or they have teams they've played who have had a scout visit. If a school like William Paterson University had Dan Pasqua make the majors chances are other small schools have the occational wonderboy. finally you can do two other simple things. Call your favorite team or more easily a local team and tell them you would like to talk to someone about that fact you throw 100 miles an hour, trust me, they will contact someone to at least find out if your legit, if not, call your local newspaper and tell them, someone will take your story and print the article, scouts and their friends do read.

A lot of people can throw more than 100 mph, this doesn't mean they will be good baseball players. You must demonstrate you can actually "pitch" the ball, not just throw 100 mph. You will want to at least start by demonstrating your abilities in High School. If you're successfull, you will be noticed. College and major league scouts are everywhere. Word will get around if you're really good.

There are at least 6 summer wooden bat leagues. They are a place where mostly college guys spend the summer getting wood bat experience.
Many of them make it to pro ball. I have 5 guys who played for us in the miinor leagues right now.
Scouts would come to a few of our games every summer (40 game schedule)
Check out baseballamerica.com for a complete listing of teams.

If you can throw 100 miles per hr. you would be noticed even if all you play in is a beer-league softball competition...The person with the radar gun must not be doin his job, or he was blowing smoke up ur u know what...people dont throw 100 mph and get passed up!

It's time you call Tom Hicks, owner of the Texas Rangers, and let him know your story. I guarantee you you'll be on a first class trip nonstop to DFW Airport. His limo will pick you up and drive you to Ameriquest Field in Arlington, TX. You would be an automatic starter for the Rangers. Their pitching staff stinks!!!

Go to a college and play on their baseball team or try to make a minor league team.

quite relies upon on you. Are you mature adequate to address the stressors of two small little ones? Are you financially waiting to help the completed relatives? Do you extremely decide on yet another baby? do not do purely it because you do not decide on your cutting-edge baby to sense lonely. verify you've all the aspects needed & the right motives for having yet another and make your decision from there. solid success!

I remember about once hearing about open tryouts. Of course this was junior league, but it would get you noticed. Also, have you checked any of the sites pf teams in your area? Have you talked to your local university's Physical Education department?
