yep, there is a pretty good chance. If it happened within the last 72 hours she can go to a pharmacy (if over 18) and buy Plan B over the counter, an emergency contraceptive for about $30 to $40. If she is under 18 she will need a doctor's prescription (in most states) or she can visit the planned Parenthood Clinic in your area for more info on how to obtain Plan B.
Plan B emergency contraceptive is not an abortion, it is high dose of birth control that stops the woman from getting pregnant in the first place. It is no different than taking the pill to prevent pregnancy.

If it has been more than 72 hours since you had sexual intercourse visit your local planned parenthood office for options that are available.

Check out their website for more information:

I guess that's why they say to consider your actions before you do things. Depending on when you did it, if it's been under 48 or 72 hours(i forget which one) she could always get the morning after pill to hopefully prevent her from getting pregnant. If it has been less than that time have her go to the doctor, it is not the same as an abortion, but actually does stop a pregnancy from happening. Either way there's no point in freaking out. Find out for sure if she is pregnant or not, and then decide how to deal with it. Why get yourself all worked up over something that may not even be a problem?

You should be fine one common method of finding out the best time to get pregnant is counting days. To do this, figure out when your next period is due. From this date, count back 12 to 16 days. This will give you a range of days when you will probably be ovulating. In normal case, for women with a 28-day cycle, the 14th day is often the best day to get pregnant. To use this method, you must know how long your cycle usually lasts and have relatively regular cycles.

There is always the risk of getting pregnant after having sex. The only way to be sure not to get pregnant (if she hasn't had a hysterectomy) is to not have sex. However, a girls most fertile time is around 14 days after the start of her cycle.

Just be really careful next time! If she's worried, then ya'll can get a pregnancy test around the time that she is supposed to start. It is both of your responsibilities to insure that you don't have an unplanned pregnancy.
Next time, use a condom w/ spermicide.

you should have used protection if your so worried about it. What if she is pregnant? are you going to stck around or leave. Will you pay child support?

you should have thought about that before you screwed around with her. Next time use protection.

Sorry, i am 28 weeks pregnant, and i could not imigane being a single mother.

Yes there is. A week before her period and a week after her period is when her eggs are fully fertilized and ready to ovulate. So there fore there is a really good chance she could get pregnant.

Probably not, but ya know, if you are going to screw around, pregnancy is always a chance. So either quit it or use birth control. It's not rocket science.
