take a tip from the italians...
if you are at an italian house hold or at least my step moms there is usually so much food that it should matter what they prefer... they make soooooo much food that everyone is so stuffed you end up in a food comma for 2 days straight...
So I guess my point is try to have a broad spectrum of food... and have other people bring a bunch of food that way they can bring something if they are not into turkey....
they know how to have a good holiday party! =o)

There's always plenty of food on turkey day...if they don't like turkey or are vegetarians, they can always eat all the wonderful sides that go with the turkey. Way to plan ahead!

My mother thinks turkey tastes "fowl". So she fixes the turkey at Thanksgiving and she fixes something else. This year it was an Italian dish. She fixes so much food she could feed the whole neighborhood. We definitely feast!

This is where the Tofurkey comes in handy! It's soy. It's made for people who don't like turkey or are a vegan/vegetarian.
If they are not a vegan/vegatarian and they just do not like turkey, you can cook them a small chicken for Thanksgiving.
Cheers

Yep, some people dont like turkey, and my cousin is vegitarian. It's not a big deal at all for me because theres lots of other foods that don't have meat in them.

What do you mean, "how do you handle them?"
I don't eat meat, so I just eat all the other stuff. Nobody gives me a problem. It's not like I am snarling at them cause they are eating turkey.
