Years ago I had this occur with my cell account. Over a period of a few months I saw several outgoing calls listed to Florida that I did not make. As in your case, I was 100% certain no one else had access to my phone and I didn't make the calls. I went to one of the phone company's retail locations and one of the employees there confided to me that the same thing was happening with his own account. After doing some research he found out that the phone company had been upgrading some of their cell towers and technical equipment, and their technical department had been aware of the problem. The company credited me for the charges to my account which fortunately didn't amount to much. The only other cause I can think of is that it's possible some keys got pressed by accident while the phone was in your pocket - if you don't have a flip phone. If that's the case the calls should be less than a minute in length because the person who answers would likely hang up after receiving no response on your end. That actually happens quite often.

for myself, when this happened, it was because someone had tapped into my line. of course i had no idea. i did however notice strange noises when using the phone; static and another tone. it wasn't until i rec'd my bill that i realized this was happening. my carrier was aware of this scam and luckily i was not responsible for these calls.
i don't know if this is what's happening to you but it's something to think about. i hope you learn soon what's going on.

If someone calls you their number will show up on your bill.. So you didn't call them, but they called you.. That could be why their number is on your bill
