Every job you apply for should have a customized resume. One of the key things to do is pull the words directly out of the job description. If the description says that they're looking for someone who can do customer service, ten-key data entry, and scheduling, then you need to make sure that if you have experience with any of those topics, you focus directly on them at some point.

Hi,

Here's a suggestion to help you find out what the employer is looking for. Go to the ad or job description and make a list of all the skills and qualities that they say they are looking for. Use these as a starting point to help you build a resume that targets their needs.

Efficient, proficient, expert, experienced, timely, accurate, organized, self-motivated, multi-tasker, team player, goal-oriented, reliable, committed. Also, include software that you are familiar with and adept in, another good word to use. Good luck!
