I know he's taking a sabbatical but had read he was going to return after the play he was in ended. The phone rang during the scene where he was writing the letter so I don't have a clue what it said. Did he make a recent decision not to return and this was the show's way of writing him out of future scripts?

I think he was expressing his true feelings to her and that he was sorry about leaving so abruptly. Unfortunately he tossed the letter so we will never really know.

Hi Goldie. Although I watched 2 or 3 CSIs Wed...(new viewer of CSI--so all re-runs(are first time for me LOL) Anyways Im sorry but I had to work Thu nite so I missed it.
Don't you just love CSI though?
There is something about Grissom(Absolutely No Physical Attraction)that makes you just love him(not as a partner-but as an acquantince). Even so "Law & Order..SVU" has been a long-time and still is my all-time Favorite "COP" show. With "Law & Order...CI" coming in #2. Sorry I couldn't help...GOOD LUCK !!

you're back ! while are you going to let us know approximately your self? This got here at merely the main appropriate time . issues have been a dash gloomy at present yet now issues are looking up. there isn't something like laughter to enhance your spirits. I felt so down after listening to each and all of the sorrowful memories from ndnquah's question. thank you back.

Grissom is coming back, at least that's what Yahoo!TV says. I saw only bits and pieces of the letter so I don't really know what he was about to send to Sara, either. Maybe it was a break-up letter but he decided it was more tactful to dump her face-to-face (can you tell I don't like the whole "relationship" thing?). Anyway, I'm glad he grew his beard back, even though he needs to trim it a bit. I think it makes him look sexy and rugged, and less like a grey-haired twelve-year- old.

don't know...and I am getting to the point where I don't care. I use to watch CSI every Thursday without fail. But the last two seasons
have not been all that great. I don't know if they got new writers or what but it just isn't the same. even the actors seem bored with it.

it was a love letter. He was describing all the dirty things he was going to do to her when he got back.
I wish anyways....and def. wish i was in sarah's shoes when he got back. Grissom is just so yummy looking.
Seriously, I have no clue, and was kinda wondering that myself....will keep an eye on ur responses, hopefully somebody will be able to answer
