The battle of the mind agains the other senses - instinct or gut, emotions, and ego.

Inner conflict springs from the mind that is constantly seeking for understanding, justification and reason to everything in this life and everything that you do. The battle gets worse when it contradicts the truth that your other senses are telling you. This is the threshold that you are speaking of.

You will find that to stop the inner debate (the inner struggle), you must learn to stop your mind from having to justify and reason everything. The truth does not lie in the meaning or the reason, but the truth itself.

If in doubt, listen to the truth that you feel, not the truth that you think.

When you think that the other person you are talking to is real.
Everyone talks to themselves, and they usually answer back.
The only time you could say that you are nucking futs is if you truly believed that the the person you are talking to is not you.

When you stop questioning whether you are crazy or not. People that are infact "nucking futs" don't question themselves at all.
