I suggest you work on your anxiety issue. Is it personality, or do you think medication will help. Talk to your doctor, or see a therapist to help you with the issue. I agree with the other posters that data entry or accounting job will be suitable. However, in the end, it doesn't matter what job you have, you will have to learn to deal with people, whether you like them or not. Even if you don't want to deal with customers, you will have co-workers and bosses to deal with. You will have to do a minimal amount of dealing with customers and clients. Other job suggestions are computer programmers, engineers, mathematicians, and biological research. These jobs does not require as much human interaction, and will require at least a bachelors if not a masters. I recommend that you face your situation and seek assistance in overcoming it, instead of having to compromise your life and allow anxiety to take over.

Office type work or work in a mail center at a company there is alot of different things you can do you may just need a degree for some like doing accounting or engineering but you will always have to deal with people somewhat if its on phone or some co workers.
