The same thing that would happen on earth. On the moon, or on earth, your mass relative to the car mass (the ratio of the two masses) is the same.
The injuries you would receive would be a result of both momentum effects and kinetic energy effects. Both effects are dependent on mass. Since mass is constant (both yours and the cars) and is independent of the effects of gravity, your injuries will be the same.

The significance of the same mass is that the energy released during the collision, if the same cars moving at the same speed collided on the earth, is the same, as kinetic energy possessed by the two cars just before the collision is the same everywhere, as it depends only on their masses & their velocities at the point of conact (K.E.=1/2*m*v^2).

Same as on earth. you dead or crippled depending on speed. weight is the effect of gravity on mass. Mass is the amount of matter per cubic cm. Say you have a mass of 60kg on earth you weigh 60 kg. on the moon that same mass weighs 1/6 of that or 6kg. you still have the same mass. the force of impact is always mass times velocity. so whether you are on earth the moon or space the result will be the same

depends on how fast the car was going, but i would guess that you would fly way the heck out into space until you hit something like mars or whatnot.
