Has anyone been born with or heard of Penoscrotal Webbing?

My son, who is 5 months now, was born with Penoscrotal Webbing. He is to undergo surgery (anesthesia) in the next couple months. How is the outcome (appearance of penis) later in life? Will it look completely normal?

He will look normal and function normally. Nice you are haveing the surgery done.
