That is not a formula with which I am familiar. Perhaps the spelling needs to be checked.
Note - Herbal formulas are like any other form of medication, prescription or otherwise, in that they have physiological effect on the human body. If you combine the wrong things, take a medicinal you don't need, or take too much of anything, it will hurt you, period.
You wouldn't take a prescription medication without a doctor's supervision; you shouldn't take herbal formulas without a certified practitioner's supervision.
Finally, there is no magic pill. Herbal formulas are designed to do certain things, to treat certain conditions. It is the abuse of herbal formulas and prescription meds, often because people want the "magic bullet", that leads to problems. (More people die each year from over-usage and/or incompatiblity of prescription medications and over-the-counter meds than from herbal medicine.)

A friend of mine was deep into taking a bunch of Chinese potions prescribed for her by a Chinese pharmacist, and she had a stroke as a result of them raising her blood pressure. Best to leave the Chinese medicine alone.
