It can't. It's like cleaning a toilet. You can clean it, it will stay clean for awhile, until someone decides to take another crap. Then it becomes dirty again.

It never has been. It never will be. You cannot be a politician and not be susceptible to the lure of the almighty dollar, the lure of the interns, or the lure of the pages.
Sure, there will be the odd one who fails to grease the right palm and gets the Dolphin in the drift net treatment, but all Politicians enter the game poor and end up lining their pockets with our money - all the while telling us what they are going to give us with our money!
Who pays for this? You and me.
Term limits and the line item veto are the only effective treatment for this condition. No gonna happen. Why would they undercut themselves? Polticitians with less of our $$$ to throw around only increases their chances of having an ungreased palm coming back to haunt them.

Where you found our political system is dirty.Who say to you politics are not clean.First you think what you give to politics & what you want to politics.Just suppose you are a clean persion,you wise to make a politician.your desire is approvel than what.you are a dirty or your work is dirty.You know we make a system to for our sociaty to run smothly.But that you about "some durty fish make invoirment polution.That mean there is no space for any argument because we make our politician clean or dirty.We have to vote right to clean it at atime that look they are dirty.............
