Iran can't possible test a Nuclear weopon in the first place.
In case that is ineveitable Isrealies will wipe out the facility like they did in 1981 Iraq.
Second if they do - they they expect an attack from Western forces + Israel. In such a scenario they'll have to rely on Russian supplies to defend itself ( Military hardware to spares to food)... as such Russians must be notified before the blast.
Therefore the most likely scenario if a Nuke test is conducted would be this -
1.Russia publicly condemns the blast
2.Opposes any military action against Iran
3.Since a military action threatens to disrupts enery supply line to most of world and to all south asia and south east asia - Most of European and Asian Nations tow Rossian brokered negotiations
4. As in North Korea nothing happens
5. Sooner or later ( may be in 5 years time) Israel is attacked by an Arab nation with full Persian support,
6. ....(Dont ask)...
