How can I SHRINK this T-shirt without having to take it apart, cut it and
alter it !!!??? The t-shirt is made of cotton.

Hi, Wash it in the hottest water cycle and dry it in a hot dryer. If it is cotton that should shrink it to fit you. I have noticed that my cotton t-shirts shrink a little more each time I wash and dry them. After they have shrunk as much as I want I then wash in cold water and hang dry.

Wash it in hot water. Keep the water tempareture to highest in the washer. That will do the trick.

Wash it in hot water and dry it on high heat.

wash it in hot water and then put it in the dryer on your hottest heat cycle.

get it wet,
then stick it in the dryer.
if it has cotten in it, it will definitely shrink enough to fit you:)
i've done that so many times..lol

if you have the recite take it back and get a smaller size if you can.
