Well, I have been best friends with this girl, Mary. And I finally realized that I really like her, you know love. I introduced her to my friends. Jake my best friend , told me he likes her too alot, that he might ask her out soon. But he doesn't know that I like her. What should I do?

i would tell your guy friend that you really like her and want to be with her. he will hopefully back off and let you find out if the best friend turns out to be your girl

u r into a real dilemma.Opposite forces are acting on your mind.Isn't it.But since it is a very sensitive situation bcoz feelings of three persons are involved. u do one thing don't be in a dilemma just go to Jake and tell him very softly that u know her before him and u like her a lot too.And ask Mary also what is her choice and decision.

funny how you ask that...i have the same problem. One thing i wouldn't do would be asking her out. That would be probably be harmful to your friendship with your friend and i hope that you value your friendship with your friend more than just asking the girl out. Since, let's say you ask the girl out, and she dumps you sometime later, you just lost both your friend and the girl. So what it really comes down to is if the girl likes you or not...

FIRST, speak to your bestfriend about what your heart tells you. Take chances, if you really like the girl then speak. If ever your bestie get angry, then accept it. Accept the challenge.
LASTLY, tell the girl that you really like her, A LOT! then wait for the next thing. If the girl chose your bestfrieng instead, then fine and accept it, BUT if you've won her heart, then CONGRATULATIONS!

well, if she and he are your friends, i'ld say you should 1) tell your guy friend you have been thinking about asking her out for a long time already and 2) ask your girl friend out or ask her how she feels about you and her as a couple... wish you luck that your guy friend is understanding and that the one who knows her more/better should have first dips :)
