Why did you ask your question twice?
Copied and pasted from my reply in your other one:
Are there any people of any race who do not try to excuse their bad behaviour? Is any race or ethnicity completely guilt free?
I am really curious.
Oh, uhm, by the way, I am Rromani so I am not sticking up for "whites" because I am one.

I think they have...
And plus, don't generalize all white (caucasian) people in the same group when you go and throw in the word "European." The "European" is a relatively new identity, even now nationalism really does prevail. Its not a matter of skin color there (well, now it adds to it), but rather a matter or nationalistic or ethnic pride.
Take a world history class that doesn't only cover Europe, you'll see that Asians also had an interesting and pretty conquest filled history, then Africa is full of history of how tribes fought each other and had prisoners of war as slaves (although that slavery was different from the slavery in the US), and as for native american ...read about central and southern america, about the mayans and aztecs. I hope you'll be enlightened after you visit your local library. Have a wonderful day.

I'm not sure what you mean by this. I am white and I never try to justify or apologize for anything that may have happened by people who just happened to have the same color skin.
Most white people do not have a heritage to accept. Especially here in America. They are a product of the melting pot of their society.
Finally how should "whites" try to improve themselves? I am happy with my life. So stop the guilt trips.

People who have historically and generally been in power are also people whose mistakes/aggressions have been well documented and/or invited and/or required to maintain power.
No matter what group of people it is, though, there is no "heritage". Each new baby brought into this world will create his/her own legacy; and nobody of any race in this world is responsible for or related to whatever anyone else of any race has ever done - and certainly is not connected to any "heritage" related to what someone in the past has done.
As a white person, I cannot claim credit for all the wonderful things for which white people have been responsible in this world nor should I take on any blame or shame for any of the awful things white people or anyone else may have done in this world.

I was razed not to be raciest. My parents raised me to believe all of Gods children are equal. My seventh grade teacher(A white man) took time of from work to be one of the people marching in to Selma Alabama behind Martin Luther King Jr. One of my good friends also white, A law student at the time. Went into the south to give legal add and advice to thous active in the Seville rights movement. Just one question by A jerk like you. makes me wonder. Why do you want to continue the Rachel HATRED? There are more black collage graduates now than there has ever been in the history of the world.

I am "white" and I don't try to justify all evil in our history. That is a very racist question in my opinion. I am not the type of person to try and justify the wrong things that my ancestors or any body else ancestors did. I didn;t do it and I don't agree with alot of things that went on before I was BORN. All I can do is try to teach my children that everyone is the same and we are all just human beings that deserve respect...no matter what their heritage may be.

First of all there are no truly WHITE people. The color of the page this text is written on is White. So to classify ANY human being by the perceived color of skin is incorrect. Therefore who exactly are you talking about as your so called WHITE people also share diverse heritage. To sum it up you begin a question about racism with a racist remark.Just as Black , Brown, Yellow, and Red the WHITE people you are talking about do not exist.

Please tell me a group of people that does not try to justify their evil. How about the fact that 1 in 3 black males go to jail? Or the rate of murder is so high from black males? Is this not acts of evil? Well of course not, it's because blah blah blah.
The fact is that the definition of evil boils down to hurting someone or many people or something. There is perfectly good logical explanations for all 'evil' and white people are in the same boat as everyone else when it comes to excuses for current day view of evil in their past/present heritage. The point is that you shouldn't see history as good or evil, you should see it as chains of events that shaped how things are today.

Since when did 'white' people own the title of most evil? These guys single handedly did more damage than any 'white' person. Remember, it was the Japanese that invaded Pearl Harbor and brought the US into WWII. We were content to sit on the sidelines.

I'm not disagreeing that white people haven't had their share of bad behavior, but if you did a little research you'd see that Western Europeans don't coin the market for evil. The first people that sold black people as slaves were other black people- don't forget that. Chairman Mao killed more of his own people than Adolf Hitler and Stalin COMBINED.
Be careful not to become racist yourself.
