I am going to school for Early Childhood Education. For one of my classes I have to do a learning center and my theme is grocery store. I have several ideas but I have to have a book to go along with it. Do you have any ideas? Also, I need ideas for a science activity. Keep in mind, I have a nutrition activity and it is difficult to keep the two separate but they need to be kept separate. The age is kindergarten or first grade. Any ideas..even if they aren't science or book related would be appreciated!

Go to the childrens section of your local library. Ask the librarian to help you. I have read many books to my children over the years, but I do not recall any about grocery stores. I am sure that they exist. For the most help go to the library. Hope you find one!
