I know some states have no min wage law, such as Arizona (to my knowledge, correct me if wrong!)

I also know that Kansas' current min wage is $2.65
(Where i'm living currently, but moving away from at the end of the month) Most jobs here offer something around 5 or 6 though.

Isn't federal something like 5?

What happens if that new min wage this passes (or was it passed? I havn't checked yet.. ) and the min wage is increased?

Somehow I thought federal meant absolute minimum everywhere?

Could someone explain to me how this all works, and maybe tell me how the kansas law works (or the states without the min wage law?)

I know that some states count tip money as a part of your hourly wage. Thats the only way to kind of get around any minimum wage laws as far as I know.
In Washington State the minimum wage is adjusted every January to reflect the increased cost of living.
go to ks.gov - Kansas State web site
or dol.ks.gov - Kansas Department of Labor

He used those with (his words) "a psychological disability) and what he did should be classed as diability discrimination besides as hate crime contained in the way he positioned it. in spite of if it worked out that an corporation accompanied this idea of his then he should be supporting and abetting a criminal offense. Why then is he nonetheless not sacked from the Tory get jointly? yet another case of diverse guidelines for them and yet another for us. My ideas are that if everybody is mentally impaired as he positioned it and may settle for a below minimum salary; i ask your self why all the MPs have not finished this immediately, each man or woman of them. all of them act as if they're 30p short of a 20p piece so something is definitely incorrect with them. i understand greed isn't classed as a disability yet possibly it will be and shall we then immediately drop their wages and expenditures alongside with their very last salary pensions and the money they draw from us in the journey that they lose the subsequent election. it ought to very nearly actual supply the commercial gadget a strengthen and likely convey us properly and quite out of the recession they helped to reason alongside with their friends the bankers.

Here in michigan the minimum wage is going up to just above 7 an hour. this will only effect michigan.

other states do what they want.

There is not much more to know.
