Be honest!!!!! What if you really needed the money to pay a bill or something important.

If I actually KNEW who dropped it, I would return it. I'm stupid and try to be honest that way. It has happened to me. On the other hand, if I just found the money laying there, its MINE. SCREW the person that dropped it. Now, if I later found out that the person that lost it REALLY did need it more than me, I would do everything to return it. I have heard cases of handicapped people having lost their disability money. That is all the money they have and they are desperately in need of the little they get. Yes, finding $500 on the street is sweet, but if its all the money that person has for the month keeping it is just wrong.

On a serious note, you should return the money.
But to have some fun ( provided he is not poor or desperate guy), call him for a drink and supper and possibly buy some gifts ( for his wife & Kid ). After which you thank him for the treat and tell the truth. This could be cruel.
But honesty is the best policy and return the money.

Give it back. I don't need money that badly that stealing from someone I call a friend is necessary. They may need it for a bill. If I need money that bad, I could always ask for help, or get my @ss another job.

well there are two ways i see of doin this
1) If u were a true friend then u would give it back instead of takin it when its not u'rs
2) u could ask if u could borrow it then pay them back when u get the money but u can't keep on forgeting it u have to pay them back...

Truthfully, i'd return them their money! And if i were that desperate to consider stealing from a friend, i would consider asking to barrow the money first! I know the guild trip wont be worth the $100 -_-

I would give it back, even if I was truly starving to death. If I needed to barrow the money I would ask. I know, it would run through my mind how much I needed it, and just maybe they really wouldn't care, etc. etc. But - I would give it back no matter what.

I would give it back...if I need the money that bad I would just ask her to loan me the money. Stealing is wrong and if you do it... sooner or later you will lose something you cherish. Trust me...honesty is the best choice.

If I saw the person drop it or knew who it belonged to I'd give it back. If it was just laying there and I couldn't see anyone around who could've possibly dropped it - I'd probably pocket it.

oh good heavens, if they dropped it, id give it back, they would need it more than me, now if it was just a hundred dollar bill and i didn't know who, then maybe id enjoy it.
