No, I don't believe the city is cursed. What I do believe is that the city doesn't want and never will put big money into bringing major talent to their sports teams. They never have and they never will. Look at the Tribe in the 90's. They had one hell of a team and almost won it twice (95 and 97). So what do they do? They start trading off players because they didn't want to pay them what they were asking for. They let Bell get away using the excuse that he was a head case. They said Thome had lost a step and Manny was to expensive. They let Baerga get away and Lofton. Most of these guys are still in the league and still kicking butt! Sooner or later Lebron will ask for "BIG" bucks and Cleveland won't give it to him so he will leave. Hell, they won't give him the supporting cast that he is asking for right now because they don't want to pay anyone. Look at the Browns! We should be going after a Q.B. and have you heard anything in the news? I'll tell you. No! Why aren't they going after Micheal Vick. He doesn't want to be in Atlanta and he is the perfect fit for Cleveland because of his scrambling talents(clevelands week offensive line) but he would be way to expensive so they won't. How about Drew Bledsoe? He might not be a good scrambler but if they brought him in then they could focus on the offensive line in the draft. He is a great Q.B. but he needs a good Offensive line. They won't go after him. Why again? He's to expensive. What about at R.B. Will they go after one in the draft with the first pick? They could but they won't and why? Again, to expensive. It's all about the money and for some reason Cleveland will not spend it. I'm a true Cleveland fan though because through all of this I love them and I always will!!!!!

No curses.

We do, however, get idiot owners and management. It's a good thing Art Modell went to Baltimore; he can't show his face in Ohio.

Somebody is going to have to explain to me sometime how Bill Belicheck was such an idiot in Cleveland and is now considered a genius. Is it something in the (Lake Erie) water?

And please, if I never hear the name of Doctor Teeth again it will be too soon! He's the one guy whose name alone brings me to foam at the mouth ranting!

I'm sure anyone from Pittsburgh would agree and if it weren't for the Rock'n Roll Hall of Fame I would to.
