im on the 7 day break from the pill. im to supposed to start taking the new months set of pills on Tuesday coming.My 7 day break started from Tuesday just gone. i havent had my period yet and i usually have a 5 day period. is it still possible to have a period after the 4th day of the break..????(ive got 3 days left of the break not including today)

the answer is yes & no
the pill is not 100 percent,
but then you could be just late?
get a preg tester any boots sell them and go to the docters too to be sure

If your period is late when you are on the pill and it is usually on time, you should definitely take a pregnancy test. Periods on the pill usually come like clockwork, but if you are pregnant you won't get a period.
If you think there is any chance you are pregnant - i.e. you have missed some pills you should take a test before you start taking your pills again.

Like the lady said, it's not unusual to skip a period while on the pill. Have you read the package insert? Look under the heading: "side effects" this will tell you what could happen when consuming the product. If you still not sure or worried, go see your doctor immediately for peace of mind.

this doesn't necessarily mean that as the pill puts your hormones totally out of whack and can possibly make you skip all together....it is still possible to get the period later than normal and have a shorter period....
I would recommend you carry out a self pregnancy test just to be on the safe side as it can be harmful to keep taking the pill whilst pregnant.....

I would do a test or go to the doctor just incase. People have been known to fall pregnant on the pill. Put your mind at rest and do a test. If you are not then go to the doctor to see whats going on.

I'm not sure, but I would definitely either take a preg test or go to your doctor immediately because if you are pregnant, the pill can be harmful. Good luck.

No it doesn't mean you are pregnant if you have been taking the pill faithfully.
In fact it is not unusual to skip periods completely when you are taking the pill. Usually nothing at all to be concerned about.
Just resume taking it as you would normally.
