Either he parked his car on top of the hotel doorman who was trying to hail a cab for a hotel patron or he's Mike Tyson...
Or maybe he went to bail out the valet so he could go park his car in the hotel garage?
How can you answer that intelligently without more details?

it's like vetchick says, he must have thrown a third double and goes to jail, directly to jail, without passing Go or collecting his $200.
Harsh, but fair.
