In G2 (already doubled during S) - enough DNA for 46 double-stranded chromosomes. (92 DNA molecules)

After cytokinesis (separated into the two daughter cells) 46 which is the usual diploid number

G1 - same as in the new daughter cells because it's before S - 46

Before mitosis --- this one is a little vague. Does it mean IMMEDIATELY before mitosis - because that would mean that interphase is just ending and the DNA has been doubled = 92 DNA molecules in 46 double-stranded chromosomes.

If before mitosis means during the regular interphase life of the cell, that would imply that the cell is in G1 and the cell would have the usual diploid number = 46.
