White sororities(just guessing based on observation)- attend rush parties and they will place bids

Black sororities- 1.do EXTENSIVE research on which organization you would like to join. 2. DISCRETELY tell the organization of your interest. 3. attend the orgs events and get to know the members and let the members get to know you 4. depending on the org you want to join if they like you they might extend an invitation for application
