because internet explorer has been doing this since 1995 that's why. It has happened LIVE on TV with Bill Gates introducing Win98.
I am not slamming windows, I love windows but since we can get other browsers then it does help to have other browsers installed.
I reinstalled the whole lot this evening and when looking for the Google version of Firefox I have found it's now part of a big pack of good stuff so you get antivirus, antispyware and earth in one swoop all for free, here's the link for it

take care, hope it helped

IE7 may have some quirks. TIP - Switch to the Firefox Browswer. Once you do, like me, you will not return to the dark side. lol The firefox has a lot more features too. I like their bookmark section. in the top right window there is a red Y and a microscope (Click for search) there. Well if you click the red Y, you can store search engines there. but go and click help to learn and you will see all the neat stuff it has. When I left IE7 I was having that problem too. I use firefox browser and google search engine with others if I wish.

Its Windows Internet Explorer, the program just sucks. Some windows programs are prone to annoyingly frequent glitches. I dumped mine and now use Mozilla Firefox. You can download Firefox for free and use it on any windows system. Its made by Linux, a group that produces low-cost and sometimes free computer programs and operating systems that are actually MORE reliable than windows.

it could be brought about by a toolbar or upload-on which you have have been given extra to internet Explorer. you are able to record and eliminate them with the aid of techniques -> take care of upload-ons (in IE7), or techniques -> internet techniques -> courses tab -> take care of upload-ons... (in IE6). you additionally can run internet Explorer with each and all of the upload-ons disabled: click initiate -> All courses -> upload-ons -> equipment techniques, and then click internet Explorer (No upload-ons). while you're on internet Explorer 6, it incredibly is incredibly worth upgrading to 7.
