It sounds as though you are suffering from clinical depression which is serious & affects your ability to function. You need medication & should see a psychiatrist who can prescribe the right prescription. If you are in college you might want to consider dropping out just until you find the correct medication. You also need talk therapy; I would suggest you see a specialized case worker for that; they're much less costly than a psychiatrist. Help is out there.Good luck to you.

Talk to a friend or write down on paper everything that is bothering you, everything that is on your mind. After you've released your emotions, decide that you are going to study. While you study do not allow a single negative though, a single thought of self doubt and DO NOT beat up on yourself. Everytime something like that sneaks into your mind, snap out of it. Surround yourself with only positive things ( do not watch the news or any violent/horror flicks).

are you a Christian? Before I was a Christian I was depressed even more so than you ( I think). When I became a Christian I immediately overcame my depression! Jesus took over my burdens. I swear! I suggest you try it out!
